Bench @ 150. Did five reps at 150, couldn't budge the bar at 160.
3 rounds plus 7 pullups.
My wife goes to the gym everyday at 5:30am. We switched and now I go at 5:30am on Mondays with two friends. One of the 5:30 "regulars" asked my wife where she was one Tuesday and she explained the switch. His response was, "So that was your husband, the little guy." Nice.
3 rounds + 5 pullups; Was interesting to work the rope but I think I worked Parker's hand more than the rope. So glad to be out of that saddle of sectionals. Thanks for all of the support, yelling,cheering and judging. I think all the atheletes made Idaho Falls look good!
SWOD 95#; 5 rounds and possibly another 25 feet or so running. Pullups with small red band. Couldn't do rope climbs for the workout but I was excited to get to the top once anyway.

3 rounds plus 200m run doing THE ROPE CLIMBS! Yes, you read right, I actually did six (6) successful rope climbs. Of course, Rob did 8. Show off . . .

I'm a long ways from climbing that friggin rope. Something about me and ropes. We just don't get along.
