Julia and I had the chance to do this WOD at CrossFit Surge in Northglenn, CO.  Fun one that everybody will enjoy

  1. This one was fun! Getting a little more weight on the cleans. Trying to go up each time. I liked the SWOD today also.

Sam shamed me into joining a crossfit gym(or maybe it was more of a fear of what he would do to me when I come to visit) Anyway I look forward to meeting all of you in June.     What is it about tuesdays lately. The last two I thought i would die. Maybe I am just becoming a sissy.

  5. swod - ring dips and was it just me or is 90 seconds a looong time to be planked up

    wod - 13:51 115# Much better day today, yesterday was tough. Good wod. I enjoyed working on cleans (Did I really say that??)
