  1. 13:14 using 85# on the SDLHPs. I did much better on the C2B pullups than I thought I would, though they took a long time.

  2. Couldn't make it in for any of the scheduled classes so I did "Annie" at home today. 15:42, not a great time but pushed as hard as I could. Did the split squats after I cooled down since I meant to do them before I started.

  3. 10:54-- modified. 35# sdhp, plank hold burpee??(not all the way to the ground) big green band for chest to bars....
    split squats are hard!!! i could barely get 15 pounds in each hand!!

    Sad I missed today even more sad I will miss Monday...everyone needs a killer workout on their birthday.
