  1. Cindy AKA WOD for 6/2! good, fast, hard workout 12:28 not very quick but I'm finished for another 23 hour 19 min and 36 sec! Then back to Crossfit - WOD 6/3!

  2. 13:18 Josh taunts me with comments like 12:28 is "not very quick." I also broke them up into Cindy segments. Interestingly, I got faster on pull-ups toward the end because I am finally getting the kip rhythm down. Push-ups not so much.
