  1. 22:54. Man, was I sweating when this was over. The Bad News: Double Unders took up most of my time. The Good News: I did all of the double unders as Rx'd for the first time ever!

  2. sooo i really didnt like this workout! haha.. my running needs improvement, as well as double unders. subbed 75 single jump-ropes for double unders (each round). 28:55 killer day.. thanks sam for pushing me!

  4. Apologies for not being in this last week, between a nasty bout of food poisoning and prepping for the APFT it's been a wild ride.

    My Army PFT was officially scored today:

    Pushups 2mins: 104 (100/100)
    Situps 2mins: 72 (89/100)
    2mile run: 15:06 (81/100)

    =270/300, 90th percentile

  6. 22:32 Did tuck jumps instead of double unders. My running is getting so much better. Thanks again Sam for keeping me going. This was a tough one.

  7. this was a hard one. i am right there with ya, jeff. i did the double unders as rx'd for the first time, but it took a ton of time. so my time was 28:03, i think.
