  1. How much more lucky could we be than to do wall balls and burpees in the same workout!!!
    This was intense.
    rd1- 1 rd + 3 boxjumps
    rd2- 1rd + 3 boxjumps
    rd3= 1rd + 1 boxjump
    rd4 - 1rd + 7 burpees
    rd5- 1rd + 5 burpees
    Got a little tired there at the end :)
