12:28 using 65lbs for the overhead squats. Hard enough at that weight--but I look forward to being strong enough to hoist the Rx 95lbs. I am learning that besides strength, flexibility is key with OHSs!

13:28, I finally can do 45#OHS, couldn't 2 weeks ago. Love getting stronger. also down to the red band on my pull ups.
