ReplyDelete2:37 pr by 32 seconds. Pullups were alittle out of sink but I felt strong. Really stoked!
ReplyDelete7:35 75# - form sucked on the front squats (I know that because my forearms are really tired!) Hardest part is the mental aspect. I wish I could turn off my brain and just do it.

9:04 RX Very happy about my time. Last Fran was 9:04 with a red band and 56#. Wouldnt have done it without Sam pushing me! Good job everyone!

Good job everyone, took a sick day today, there was no way I could even utter the words Fran when I am not feeling well, so diden't want to attempt this wod until I am up and around!
