  4. Woke up this morning to a horrible headache. Good luck competitors tomorrow. I am hoping to get there to watch. I wanted to share a cute story about the paleo challenge. My students at school know that I am on the challenge. They constantly bring things into share. One student came in yesterday and said she brought me a "treat." I reminded her that I couldn't have it. She laughed and handed me a bowl of fresh homemade unsweetened applesause. I thought that was really cute :)
