Kettlebells and my back are still not friends. Struggled with my back on this one even with the light weight. Need more form work on swings.15:13 (20#) blue band on pullups. It was kinda fun to do a different variety on the pullups. :)
18:24 modified, did 10 reverse hypers instead of kb swings, air squats, big green band on pullups.
16:54 1 1/4 pood. Got some good work in on split jerk and cleans. Glad I didn't have to run in the gale winds today. Will spring ever show up.........?
