    I think we killed Justin off. He was so sore he couldn't roll over. Incentive to not stop working out.

  4. Going snowboarding with little Jimmy tommorow so I recorded my sectional workout for a video submission at the firehouse today. I completed the burpees, ohs and 2 muscleups...now I just have to pray that the video thing works out!!
