for time 30,25,20,15,10,5 rep rounds of:
virtual shoveling (wmv / mov)
pull ups
With an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use 45 pound plate, women use 25 pound plate), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep." Barrier is 24."
Thanksgiving day class @ 9:00am only.
Friday Nov. 26 class schedule is 11:30am and 1:00pm only.

ReplyDeletei hit my cell phone with the back side of the bar and knocked out the battery, so i have no idea how long it took. but it was brutal, especially on the hands. good wod.
