  4. 8:42. 95# thrusters. First workout since hurting my back six weeks ago. Man getting outta shape is easy. this really kicked my butt but it feels good to be crossfitting again.

  6. Feeling the affects of a week off. I am with you brandon, thrusters and I are not friends with pushups causing a worse friendship. 20:30 w 55#. That is an accomplishment as this is only the second time I have used this weight in a workout. Really sore today
