Pretty fun WOD! Score: 6-8-11-14 = 39. If I had paced myself better I believe I could have scored 3-4 points higher. Well done Julia!

My pace goal was 9, 10, 10, 15.
ReplyDeleteI ended up performing 9, 10, 6, 16. I really struggle with pushups. I maintained the goal of 10 until round 5...it went down hill from there.
Total=41.
I showed up for the 330 class and no one was there... Does anyone know if we are having a 330 class tomorrow?

ReplyDeleteI wasn't kidding about the 6, Cody! Pull-ups are not my strong suit. Neither are push-ups (8). Next time we do this, though, I will get at least 7 and 9.
