Happy Thanksgiving
Just want to say how thankful I am for Maltese Crossfit and Parker and Sam. I started a year ago this week. The other day I found some of my old workouts before I started here. My deadlift max was bar + 35 lbs. Wow! what an improvement to 245#. I can't thank Parker, Sam and all of you enough for the great year!
