Speaking of running, give this article a read. And remember, proper training does not mean extra running.

  2. If you really want to be healthy and fit, run long distances slowly, do bodybuilding type exercises like arm curls, leg curls, and leg extensions, and don't forget your wrist curls. I like to jog for 20 minutes on the treadmill 3 times a week to reach my target heart rate, and then when I'm not doing "cardio" I like to lift weights the other three days of the week. And eat plenty of carbohydrates...you know, like whole grains....

  3. On Doc's orders, keeping my volume down. WOD @ work-- AMRAP 7-- 7 50# salt block swings, 7 pushups w/ release.

  5. Wish i could do a hspu! Maybe someday!! My time was 19:06. Used a box for hspu and little green band for pullups.

  6. Pullups and I are currently not getting along. It was a good workout, but I struggled. Boy that is alot of burpees when you are tired. 19:50 box and little green band.
