  2. Sam challenged my group to go below 7:00 for this WOD. Not me: 8:41. To get below 7:00, I'm going to have to learn how to do continuous box jumps instead of stepping down each time. I can do that, can't I?

  3. Liked this one alot! I am not a strong rower, but I can box jump and do situps. I am willing to bet we will all get lots of rowing practice this winter. 9:40
