ReplyDeleteI squatted 115 instead of shoulder pressed. My score was 13 plus 5. My score on the jumps was 14. I noticed that Shane posted a low score of 35 on the jumps? Whoa! You Da Man!

Shoulders are definitely not my strong point.

So close to getting a pullup with out the band. My goal before my 1 year anniversary with crossfit.
