The Paleo Challenge is now over!!!!

    Total Paleo points for the 8 weeks = 1260.
    Total weight lost = 13 pounds (very helpful for the body weight exercises like pull-ups)!

  2. Yeah! I can post early now since the challenge is over.

    Final diet points - 150
    Total weight loss- 16 pounds
    Total inches lost 13.25
    Total body fat lost 5%

    I am totally scared to eat anything not on the list. I am worried it will make me sick. :)

    Helen treated me well this morning. 13:14 (orange band) down a band and 1:59 from the last one.

    Thanks Parker and Sam for all the support the last 8 weeks. I am glad you had this challenge. I needed it. It made turning 40 more bearable!

  3. Helen today 12:07 compared to 12:09 before BUT I rowed today instead of running, which is slower and harder (at least for me). So I am happy with the score.
    Holy cow, Lori! Only 150 paleo points! Well done!

  4. 15:07 which was an improvement of 1:40 and i went down 2 bands to the blue (was thick green and skinny green). Did well considering i ate candy last night :(... my paleo points probably ended up around 2000... last week was rough on me. anyway.. great challenge. lost about 13 pounds in the 2 months... 30 all together.
    feeling great and much stronger. thanks everyone for pushing me along :) i need it!!

  6. 16:28...last time, 1 month ago, was 21:29. Awesome to see improvement. Oh and I was on blue band last time and now red! Woohoo!

  7. my best day at the gym in a few weeks, really felt good. Time was 10:25, did 12:08 last time. pretty shocked to see my "plan" for the wod worked.

  9. My time was 12:22. First time doing it. Could have pushed it more on the runs and pull ups! I am pretty much addicted to this madness!
