  1. What a way to start the morning. A nice relaxing run. Okay maybe not nice and relaxing but a run. There is something about seeing your breath when you run that makes it not relaxing. I did get a new mile pr. 9:07/ 9:16. Getting better. Thanks for the great workouts this week and good luck with the fundraiser tomorrow. Heading to utah so I will miss it :(

  2. My goal, set months ago, was to run a mile in under 8:00. My two times were 7:14 and 7:14! So I am pleased. Under 7:00 next time!
