  1. This one was a great one. First one I have actually liked in awhile. It was tough but a fun one. 7 rounds + 5 pushups RX. (yeah an rx for me) Almost got no band pullups! Close Close Close!

  3. I had a timer malfunction, so I just did 10 sets. I wouldn't have gotten that many in 12 minutes.

  4. 7 rounds plus 5 push ups, hard work out, Total muscle failure. Measured for the work fitness comp. Lost close to 11% body fat in 9 weeks, Thanks Sam and Parker Look forward to the future

    6 rounds plus 1 push up (45#)I was actually thinking of ditching this wod but glad I didn't.Those pushups killed and I know was snaking up at the end. Drove by the gym about 4:20 after errands and saw the 3:30 class walking to their cars. Knew they were burning but happy. Pam

    good job by all today. Was a good day, had 21 names on the board by the end of the day. Mike had a big BF loss for his competition with the other deputies. Steph got some no-band pull-ups which is awesome. nice work. We are working on the schedule for next week while Parker and I are gone. Will have it soon.
