  1. Kettlebells and my back are still not friends. Struggled with my back on this one even with the light weight. Need more form work on swings.
    15:13 (20#) blue band on pullups. It was kinda fun to do a different variety on the pullups. :)

  2. 18:24 modified, did 10 reverse hypers instead of kb swings, air squats, big green band on pullups.

    Glad I didn't have to run in the gale winds today. Will spring ever show up.........?
