    45" box jump with a step (grateful I didn't break my neck) Spencer gave a good impersonation of the Easter bunny. He is a jumping machine!

  2. When I first read this WOD, I thought it would be relatively easy. I was mistaken.
    Bench: 110, 120, 130.
    Box Jump: 45"
    Push up progressions: Tough.
    Tabata bike: 99 calories. I went head to head with Matt. Going into the last Tabata interval, we were tied. Final: 99 to 101. Damn!

  5. Now that the wod is over and I get how it works I would like to do it again. Yea, Lori, box jumps are fun when you are only able to do five. I don't know what they're like when you get into the double digits. Are you ready to drink the Sam Lemonade tomorrow morning? I just may have to show up. Love those laughing sisters.

  8. 40 3/4 inches on box, improvment from last time. Decided to tabata bike, I loathe the bike even more than I do the rower, 67 calories, woohoo. Emily shoulda been right next to me on the bike, it was a tabata on the one you like least!
