  3. Thanks Parker & Nate for reminding me to tighten everything from feet to head when doing lifts. In the olden days I was naturally tight and didn't have to work on it, so it is a new concept for me to comprehend. Am I hiding the fact that I'm in dire pain and if sectionals weren't over soon I would be dead?

  6. Squat 246 PR, Dead 356 PR. However, these modest achievements were overshadowed by Bond and Mimi going all animal on the weights. Wow.
