  1. Using 145#: 10/20, 10/13, 8/14, 7/13, 5/10. This work out was a forearm killer. I was open-mouthed impressed with Nate's numbers I saw posted on the wall. 156 pull-ups over all! Whoa!

  3. 175# 14/32, 10/23, 7/20, 5/13, 3/15. I wish all the crossfit workouts made my beach muscles feel like this...makes me want to shave my chest and get a fake tan then I could be like those guys on Jersey Shore.
