Tomorrow is open gym from about 9:30
to 2:00 or 3:00. When you come in you
will receive a gift. On the gift is a
workout. Do the workout and have a great
holiday.
It was great to see everyone in the gym this morning! We have one hell of a Crossfit family and I'm grateful for the time I've been able to spend with all of you over the past 14 months! Everyone have a happy holiday-- stay warm and safe!
