  1. death by squats this week. Shoulder didn't hold up as well as I wish it would have, but I did it. It is slowly getting stronger. 14:11

  3. 9:22. Push ups continue to be a weakness--but getting better! Wall balls WAY improved over, say, six months ago. I really like Sam's new squat training techniques!
