    I wish I were an apple, a hanging on a tree and every time my Cindy passed, she'd take a bite of me. Actually, she kicked my arse. 10 rounds plus 4 pullups red band. Pam

  6. 14 rounds!! almost 4 more rounds than last time. so big improvement for me! my arms are like noodles. i had quite a few wormy pushups!

  8. 11 rounds plus 5 pullups using small green band. Next time i wont be using that band! Improvement from last time, i was doing pushups on my knees! Loved the big group today!

  9. I was all geared up for cindy this morning when fran showed up on the main site...sorry but fran is way sexier than cindy and I did cindy about a month ago so...

    17 rds + 5 pullups and 7 pushups, improved by one round which is not bad, I was shooting for 18, but those pushups are a killer! Good job everyone, loved the big group giving Cindy hell!
