Fun work out! 11:42. Months ago, I wrote on our goal board the goal of doing 50 double unders. In the first round, I did 46! The reason I didn't make it to 50 was I got excited about nearing my goal and tensed up. The next three rounds of DUs did not go that well. It is interesting that when you get tired, what gives out on DUs is not the jumping--I was still jumping just as high--but the coordination of the rope spinning.
I love rowing and double unders except for this day! I think the stupid double unders took me 14 minutes and a minute for the rows. haha My arms have the welts and bruises to show how hard it was for me. 15:11
