Pretty fun WOD and hard enough that the burpee section was where I caught my breath (really).
ReplyDelete3 rds plus 7 squat cleans. 95 lb squat cleans and push presses. Subbed GHD sit ups for T2Bs.

I don't have the right equip. To do this wod. Namely a 2 pood kb. So I did fran. 4:33 a PR for me. I cut 31 sec. Off my last time.

ReplyDeletefirst of all, i thought this one sucked! i completely died in the 3rd round. i had nothing left. i jacked up my shoulder so i did one armed presses with a 30# dumbell.
ReplyDelete75# squat cleans, 1.5 pood kb, little green band for pull-ups... only completed 2 rounds plus 9 push presses. 9 burpees away from 3.. but even at that, pretty horrible.
3 rnds plus 7 t2b... Very tired. Rx'd.
