Thursday 110120

Christina was the youngest victim of the Arizona shootings a
week ago last saturday.  The WOD bears her name, but is
done in memory of all the victims that day.

WOD
"Christina"

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

9 Pull-ups
9 Squat cleans, 135/95 pounds
9 Kettlebell swings, 2/1.5 pood
9 Toes to bars
9 Push press, 135/95 pounds
9 Burpees

  2. Pretty fun WOD and hard enough that the burpee section was where I caught my breath (really).
    3 rds plus 7 squat cleans. 95 lb squat cleans and push presses. Subbed GHD sit ups for T2Bs.

  4. I don't have the right equip. To do this wod. Namely a 2 pood kb. So I did fran. 4:33 a PR for me. I cut 31 sec. Off my last time.

  6. first of all, i thought this one sucked! i completely died in the 3rd round. i had nothing left. i jacked up my shoulder so i did one armed presses with a 30# dumbell.
    75# squat cleans, 1.5 pood kb, little green band for pull-ups... only completed 2 rounds plus 9 push presses. 9 burpees away from 3.. but even at that, pretty horrible.
