I finally felt some crossfit success :) 10:57 Blue band for dips.
I meant since my shoulder has been hurt. Thanks for the encouragement that it will get better.
All I am able to say is that I kept moving. 11:50bench for dips and 24" box for stepping
Legs sore so I just did a three six min rounds of hard jumprope with a. Min break between sets and a good old fashioned chest workout.
12:42 subbing strict pull ups for dips. I maxed out strict pull ups at around 25 and kipped the rest.
