  1. Shoulders are shot from the bar only but feel like the thing called flexibility is with me more each day. Back muscles are and have been feeling symmetrical for the first time in a long time. Thanks Sam and Parker for such complimentary workouts.

  2. got 7 rds plus 9 kb swings, a good wod. did 65# and 24in step ups instead of box jumps. pretty happy with just moving for 20 min.

  5. 10 rounds @ 16:20 had to stop doing kb swings after that... got 2 additional rounds plus 1 box step-up in the remaining time.
