16:36 Rx. Jaime smoked me. I did the K2E for the first time since August--I had always subbed something else for a nagging shoulder injury. But it is finally better and the K2E went well! (So Lori, you will get better eventually).
16:27 almost RX. did 95# (back felt pretty good!) almost knees to elbows... i will get there.
and for those that care.. i bought new pants last night.. went from a 22 to a 14. :) still not where i want to be.. but a huge accomplishment! not to mention i am a ton stronger than when i first started and a lot healthier! thanks for all the push and support from everybody! couldn't do it without you guys!
This one was kinda fun. Subbed double sit ups for knees to elbows for shoulder. (75# front squats.
