  4. 16:36 Rx. Jaime smoked me. I did the K2E for the first time since August--I had always subbed something else for a nagging shoulder injury. But it is finally better and the K2E went well! (So Lori, you will get better eventually).

  5. 16:27 almost RX. did 95# (back felt pretty good!) almost knees to elbows... i will get there.

    and for those that care.. i bought new pants last night.. went from a 22 to a 14. :) still not where i want to be.. but a huge accomplishment! not to mention i am a ton stronger than when i first started and a lot healthier! thanks for all the push and support from everybody! couldn't do it without you guys!
