9:03, I was on my 49th toe to bar, then my hands fell off the bar and I had to do 10 more box jumps! I like my time, could have been better if I did not wipe out on box jumps, banged up my schin pretty good

ReplyDelete4:32. i am really happy with this time. for once, i split them up and was able to do it. so i did 20 reps ,and 3 sets of 10, so i only had to do 30 box jumps.
9:43. Definite progress in core strength! (BTW, Mimi's bruise is quite impressive. ICE!)

Pretty sure that I did no less than 70 box jumps. Hate box jumps.
