Saturday 100529

WOD 1 NW Regional Quals
WOD

100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
1 mile run
to be completed with a partner (as a team) for time.
both athletes may work at the same time, however each must run 1 mile.
time stops when both athletes are in from the mile run.

    i think our time was 19:20, i think.( it was brandon and me)
    Running in the freezing rain wasn't my favorite!
