15 bodyweight deadlifts
20 KB swings  1.5/1 pood
run 200 meters

  2. After 10 days off, this felt brutal to me. I'm sure in a few more workouts I'll feel awesome again!

    HSPU were successful today. 4 strict, then 2 strict, then 2 more strict, then 7 kips, and 5 more kips! Whoo!

    *I did get all moved into my new house. :)

  4. 14:27 with 115#bw deadlifts. hate deadlifts so much. but was pretty happy with my time. my hspu are really coming a long though, so i am pretty happy with that.

  5. I am not a fan of this workout. The deads killed me. Feeling it my lower back. I was happy with my handstands. I am starting to be able to do pushups.

  6. 13:20 with 135# bw deadlifts- this was hard but so good for me:) My back and butt are feeling it today
