    all my handstand pushups were strict. really happy with this wod, but wow... my arms hurt so bad.

    13:50. 30" box jumps were not so bad but the HSPU took a long time, even using two ab pads. Obviously a big weakness.

  5. Between Wed. workout and this one I think every part of my body hurts. I was able to knock the hspu's out for the first time with the bands. Yeah moving up! Still took me 10 minutes, but I did it!
