8:11 as rx'dall my handstand pushups were strict. really happy with this wod, but wow... my arms hurt so bad.
Well done Cortney!13:50. 30" box jumps were not so bad but the HSPU took a long time, even using two ab pads. Obviously a big weakness.
Good job, Cortney. Anyone who handstand push-ups rocks!! Someday I might be that cool. :)
I am unofficailly dead and that's from doing the simplified version!
Between Wed. workout and this one I think every part of my body hurts. I was able to knock the hspu's out for the first time with the bands. Yeah moving up! Still took me 10 minutes, but I did it!
