  4. Yes I am with Steph. I don't know that enjoyable was the right word. Was happy I got 75# up. Got my first no band pullup today! Now to go for some consecutives. 9:08 (75#)

    I feel bad for Parker...he doesn't have a lot of room for improvement like I do.
    I did this WOD at BYUI gym. It was enjoyable to see a lot more students this semester doing Crossfit type workouts.
