Saturday 101127

WOD

Death by wall sprints/squats
1 sprint (down and back) and 2 squats the first min.  2 sprints and 4 squats in the second.
3 and 6, 4 and 8 etc.  continue until you can no longer complete the work in one min.

  2. did "annie" today. i really suck at double unders. got through the 30, then had to go to singles. my time was embarassing, over 20 minutes. oh well...

  3. Cort--you're awesome!! I think embarassing would be the last word I can think of to describe any workout you do.
    I made it to 5 wall sprints without the burpees and then we went backward down to round one. It was a good WOD but harder than it looked.
