100 burpee pull-ups

there are two requirements.  chest hits the deck, and chin over the bar on every rep.

    I was at the 11:00 class and am still feeling that good ole' burn. My time was 18:22 so I will probably be burning for awhile. I had to use rubber band on pullups and the jumping platform but it still was a WORKOUT! Kind of liked the GI Jane. Pam

    Definitly a tough one, and yes, it was hard to move fast on these, the key for me was not stopping for a rest, I think I stopped once for a drink.
