    I think i have done enough pushups for this week :)

  2. Saturday: I did a variation of Monday's work out (which I had missed). 400 meter row, 15 85# Thrusters, 30 situps four rounds. 21:something. Personal record: In warmups, I did 3 sets of 10 consecutive pullups without stopping--never done that before!

  3. 20:38. I'm good and sore after Cindy yesterday. It feels real good...I'm getting back into it finally.
