Bench 110, 120, 130. Row: 74 Squat: 36 Situps: 56 Push-ups: 23.
It felt good to work out today. I dont exactly remember what my numbers were either, but here's what I think...row-37, front squats(65#)-31,situps-30ish, pushups-15 or 19 (using two kettlebells bc my belly is giant). I actually am really looking forward to running and doing wods outside, they are so fun!
