Very happy today with the wod! I beat my row record by 10 seconds!! 1:42 My legs and arms were jello. 9:46 with little green band. Loved your new shirt today Doc!! Congrats on the one year anniversary guys!! Hope the gym is around for many years to come!

ReplyDeleteBroke in my new 5 finger shoes today and paid the price on the double unders. About 2/3 of way thru last set my right calf cramped up. OUCH! I like them, though. Really liked how they felt on the squats.
ReplyDeleteHappy 1 year!! I am excited that I am apart of such a great gym! Sad I missed to WOD today...3 in a row [12 hour] night shifts really got to me this weekend...I was beat today...excited to go tomorrow!!
