What's one thing you can't do without?
Looks like a good workout today. I went to the Salt Lake City Crossfit gym today. We did AMRAP 10 min with 20 push ups and 20 slam balls (15# med ball). I got 6 rounds plus 8 push ups. Fun workout. I can't do without my Diet Pepsi, no matter how healthy I eat I can't give up my one soda a day (or I choose not to).

ReplyDeleteMy arms are jello and I did such a watered down workout. :( 14:16, 45# bar, push ups using the thin green band for assistance. I'm a pretty simple person and I can live without a lot of things but I know from many years of experience that I can't live without sleep (or food and water for that matter).
