20:23, this was a tought one, have never been so glad to do burpees before. I usually do more turkey than ckicken, although a juicy steak is always the way to go.
My shoulders hurt! Dang! I did ring knees to elbows. This was a very hard one for me. Only made it through 9 rounds. 65# Beef or chicken. Not a huge fan of either, I prefer fish and turkey. Emily
