200x5 new lifting shoes are amazing. Pullups 13/8, situps were 11/9 25 calories on the bike was all my ass and legs could handle after spending 20 minutes on that thing yesterday, and squatting 200# 5x's
275# 2x2, 5 sets of 10 unbroken ring dips, 41 cal on the bike, wod was 14/10 pullups and 13/5 situps. Thanks to Bond and Lori for the company in the morning...it's nice not being the sole object of Sam's attention...And is Jesse talkin smack? Mustaches are for molesters and real firemen and since I'm neither...:)

175x5 225x5 255x6 2 reps better than last week. 17/8 pullups 15/10 situps. I don't have a bike:{) smiley with a mustache
