    18:58-anchored situps...I gotta get better on the BW stuff! Pushups wiped me out.

  2. 6+ minute improvement over last Angie. Pushups are still the biggest weakness. Can't get the worm out of it. I was also shooting for 25 minutes. Lori 24:56 (red) Deryk (who was chasing Nate) 18:26 (Rx) Not bad for his first "named" workout since he got back.

  4. 21:35, my hands lasted 20 pullups, after 100 c2b pullups yesterday, I tried hard not to let it hold me back, did most on my fingers, made up time on squats. Improved by about 5 minutes so I am happy with this angie. No pullups the rest of the week right guys!

  5. 21:32, just a minute slower than my pr but the last time I did Angie I didn't have Sam watching my form and I know my pushups last time were not all chest to floor...so I'm counting it as a new "RX" pr. Also got a new pr on 100 pullups, 4:35...I think I had Nate and Deryk nervous when I came off the pullup bar first...unfortunately for me there was still 100 pushups, situps and squats to go!! Need to find a bigger gas tank.

  6. 22:44. All of my pull ups would have counted in competition (I think), but not all of my push ups. Those are still a weakness. On the bright side, I did all 100 squats unbroken! I am sorry I did not get to run in the cold.

  10. my time was under 30 min, which is only 5 min off of my last Angie. i am actually way happy to have done it rx'd.

    36:05. After 50 pull-ups, I had to decide between spending the rest of the hour doing the remaining 50 or continuing on the other movements. I continued on to the other movements because I live in Maine and Sam and Parker live in Idaho.

    Good to be back--I was playing nurse to four girls who had the flu last week.
