80x5 7:42 with a 44# kb, the landing on the clapping pushups are what got me, and clapping pushups in general, good wod. I liked the 1 second up, 0 seconds at the top, and 2 seconds down on strict pullups. This technique works well on strick pullups, better than hanging at the bottom and losing momentum.
