The coaches choice for me was the Masters' WOD #2: For ten minutes, every minute on the minute do 3 pullups, 6 pushups, 9 squats. Wioth the remainder of the minute, do thrusters. Pick your weight for thrusters (I used 75#). Total score = Number of thrusters times weight. My score 3,525. Very hard WOD.
