I did not do this work out, Hah! I did the Masters WOD #6. AMRAP 20 minutes: 4 deadlifts, 3 cleans, 2 front squats, 1 pushpress. 85# for someone of my advance age. Scored by total reps done (each round is 10 reps). My score 347, which I thought was pretty good! Also 230# back squat x 3.
195# OHS x 3, 66 thrusters. Favorite movements: any olympic lift, muscleups, hspu. Least favorite: wallballs, burpees, doubleunders, or anything I have to do more than 20 times in the same workout including olympic lifts, muscleups and hspu...Funny how crossfit can take anything that you like and kill you with it...
Least favorite lift? Thrusters. Looking forward to tomorrow.

My favorites are box jumps situps deadlifts. Dislikes. Wallballs thruster anything else where my shoulders are above my head.
Deryk favorites are doubleunders pullups situps running dislikes are wallballs thrusters and rowing.
